Everything you need to know before you personalize: where it goes, how it looks, what fits and how the mockup works.
Caseback and clasp engraving
- Caseback: messages, dates, coordinates. 2 lines, 18 characters each. Visible to the wearer only.
- Clasp: short dates or initials. 1 line, 12 characters.
- Cost: one location is complimentary, and both locations add $10.
How to add your engraving
On any engravable watch, tick "Add a complimentary engraving", choose your location, type your words and pick a lettering style. A live mockup shows how your words sit on the caseback or clasp.
Lettering styles
- Script: romantic and personal. Best for messages.
- Serif: classic and balanced. Best for names and dates.
- Block: clean and modern. Best for initials and coordinates.

How the mockup works
- Type your engraving on the product page and watch the mockup update.
- Check the spelling, lettering and location.
- Tick the confirmation box and add the watch to your cart.
- We engrave your watch to match the mockup as closely as possible.
- It ships with tracking within 10 business days of your order.
Good to know
Letters, numbers and basic punctuation are supported. We cannot reproduce emoji, or logos you do not own the rights to. Personalized watches cannot be returned, so take your time with the mockup.
