Made to order
You see a live mockup of your engraving on the product page and confirm it before you order. Your watch is then engraved and ships within 10 business days of your order.
Shipping
Every order ships with tracking. Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout.
Returns
Personalized watches cannot be returned. Each one is engraved for you, so please check the spelling, lettering and location in the mockup carefully before you order.
If there is an error in our engraving that does not match the mockup you confirmed, contact us and we will make it right.
Damaged in transit
If your watch arrives damaged, contact us as soon as it arrives, with photos of the watch and packaging.
Warranty
Every watch is covered by its manufacturer's standard warranty.
