Personalization

Is engraving free?

Yes. Engraving one location, the caseback or the clasp, is complimentary on every engravable watch. Engraving both locations adds $10.

How long does personalization take?

Personalized watches ship within 10 business days of your order.

Will I see my engraving before it is made?

Yes. As you type on the product page, a live mockup shows your words, lettering style and location. You confirm the mockup before you add the watch to your cart, and the finished engraving will look as close to the mockup as possible.

What can I engrave?

Names, dates, short messages, coordinates and initials: up to two lines of 18 characters on the caseback and one line of 12 characters on the clasp. See our engraving guide for lettering styles and ideas.

Watches and authenticity

Are your watches authentic?

Yes. Every watch is a genuine, new watch from Seiko, Citizen, Movado, Bulova, Caravelle, Frederique Constant, Alpina or Lorus, with its original packaging.

What warranty comes with my watch?

Every watch is covered by its manufacturer's standard warranty.

Shipping

Is shipping tracked?

Yes. Every order ships with tracking, and shipping options and rates are shown at checkout.

Returns

Can I return a personalized watch?

No. Personalized watches are made for you and cannot be returned. That is why we ask you to check the mockup and confirm the spelling, lettering and location before you order.
